Program Overview

This training program is designed to provide entry-level employment training and can be the foundation for a career in health care. The preparation for Nurse Aide provides a level of knowledge, skills and abilities essential to provide basic care to residents in long-term care facilities.

  •  Assistance to Spanish Students
  •  Testing in Spanish
  •  Materials and Books are available in Spanish
  •  Assistance through Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS)

Minimum Requirements:

  •   Ability to read and write English or Spanish
  •   GED
  •   High School Diploma
